Learn the Microsoft 365 you already pay for.

Small groups, live on Microsoft Teams, taught in English by trainers who work with Microsoft 365 every day. For now every course runs online; sessions on location in Paphos will follow. Sign up for the course you want and we invite you as soon as there are enough people for a group.

How it works

Signing up is free and does not commit you to anything.

  1. Choose one or more courses below and leave your name and email address.
  2. Once five to ten people have signed up for a course, you get an email with a short poll. Tick the dates that suit you.
  3. We fix the date that suits most people and send you a payment link.
  4. When you have paid, the Teams invitation follows. Bring your own questions; there is time for them.

Every course is taught in English. You join from your own computer with Microsoft Teams. For the SharePoint courses a Microsoft 365 work account helps; if you do not have one, tell us when you sign up and we arrange a practice environment.

Prices are per participant. If VAT applies, the payment link shows it. The two add-ons build on SharePoint in a day.

Teams initiation workshop

For a team that just got Teams, or never got further than the chat. When to use a chat and when a channel, meetings that start on time, and where the files you share in Teams actually end up. You leave with a team set up the way you will really use it.

SharePoint in a day

One full day, hands-on. You build a team site, store documents in libraries with columns instead of an endless tree of folders, decide who can see what, and learn how your colleagues find things back. By the end of the day the site is yours to keep using.

SharePoint lists

For the spreadsheet that five people edit at the same time. You turn it into a list with the right columns, give each person a view of their own part, and add a form so nobody types into the grid directly anymore.

SharePoint and Teams libraries

Where your files live once you work in Teams, and why that matters. Versions you can go back to, two people working in the same document at once, and sharing a link instead of mailing an attachment that is out of date by Friday.
